in their spare time.
Landcare volunteers choose to do it in the most spectacular, riveting and inspiring locations that Australia has to offer. All right here in beautiful Queensland.
Landcare volunteers help out both indoors and out; getting dirty or staying clean; being physical and sitting down; using brains and/or brawn - but most of all having fun, working alongside mates and knowing that they're doing an awesome thing, helping to keep Queensland beautiful.
So get a bunch of your friends together and nominate an event you'd like to work on.

- How could you make a difference one weekend?
Whether you get your office colleagues together and donate professional services in the form of accounting, admin, marketing or other services. Or you inspire your Mother's Group to get fit while beautifying Queensland for your kids' futures. Or swap an afternoon at the pub for an arvo doing it in the bush. Or surf the waves as a reward for clearing the local dunes at your own favourite beach... There's a hundred ways you can help. The only limit's your imagination and your willingness to give.
